Behind it's secretive exterior, the consistently crowded Embassy Bar eschews daylight for a darkened existence in a cabin-like interior filled with vivacious music and conversation.
Known and revered by the muso and media fraternity, the Embassy comprises a main bar at street level of low leather seating surrounding a circular counter and a downstairs lounge bar opened in 2001.
This extra space has not only increased capacity, but the quality of DJing on offer now that there efforts are no longer diffused into a smoky mass of gossip and seduction.

“Went here last friday, one of the best nights I've had in a long time. Away from the cheesy-ness of upper street but not trying to be something it's not. The staff are some of the best in london, working hard but enjoying the good music too, really makes a difference. strongly recommended.”
