You know all those cool, edgy, slightly scruffy but ultimately very arty bars and clubs you enjoy visiting in Shoreditch? Well, they're all in bloody Shoreditch, that's the problem. Enter, Alphabet bar. The post-work media hangout for those drinkers, dancers and naughty rascals who are too bone idle to schlep across to East London. Two levels of noisy fun, crammed full of gorgeous babes and handsome hunks. And with much better transport links than Shoreditch too. Thanks Soho! (Updated 04/12/2012)
Customer Reviews for Alphabet Bar
“We spent our evening downstairs in the basement which, although colourful, does feel a little bit like an afterthought. A bit chilly, a bit run down, a bit smelly, and the bar down there is not great. Recommend upstairs if you’re going. It looked like much more fun.”

“I went to alphabet bar for drinks with some friends and had a great night. It’s a really quirky little bar that seems to attract a good mix of people. Good food, good music, delicious cocktails and some comfy seats to unwind in, you can’t really go wrong! Only thing I would say is it gets quite busy on a Friday night, so you would need to get there early to be sure to get a seat/table.”

“The description reads a lot better than it actually is. Went there back in December for my birthday drinks and we had reserved an area which was tiny and ended up downing drinks quickly so that we would get inibriated and have a better time. DJ was quite good though :)”

“Called in for cocktails last week, not been for a while. Great crowd, chilled but busy. Had some amazing cocktails. Mojito to die for. We sat in basement on some old comfy sofas and had a great catch up. Alphabet Bar is a great place with no attitude in Soho. Viva!”

“Had a great & relaxed time catching up with friends at the Alphabet Bar, unusual and well made cocktails. A nice, attitude free & chilled bar.”
