Celebrate Valentine's Day at 1901
For guests who are looking to celebrate this special romantic evening in luxurious surroundings on Valentine’s Day itself (Sunday, 14 February), 1901 is hosting an intimate dinner for £75 per person, featuring a four-course dinner, a complimentary glass of champagne, live music and a rose per table, along with a love quote and, for the winners of a lucky draw, some great prizes, including a weekend stay in a Hyatt hotel in Greece, a weekend stay in a Hyatt hotel in Paris and a dinner for two in one of our five restaurants at Andaz Liverpool Street.

Salmon / Scotland - Treacle marinated, deep fried oyster, champagne sabayon
Chicken / Suffolk - Terrine with fois gras, compote of quince
Goats curd / Staffordshire - Variation of Kentish beetroot, sherry vinegar dressing, hazelnut praline
Middle Course
Shellfish / Scotland - Poached, confit lemon, wild coastal herbs
Wood Pigeon / Yorkshire - Mushroom tortellini, Winter truffle and wood sorrel
Pumpkin / Kent - Risotto, chanterelles and toasted pumpkin seeds
Main course
Venison / Yorkshire - Pot roasted loin, caraway scented cabbage, roasted cepes
Sea Bass / Guernsey - Pan fried, parsnips, pennywort and warm lobster vinaigrette
Jerusalem Artichoke / Kent - Pithivier, chestnut and red wine reduction
Desserts
Chocolate Heart / To share - Pink champagne, raspberry and lychee mousse
Cheese / Britain - Selection of our British cheeses, walnut loaf, apple and grape chutney

Please read and make sure you fully understand the following:
Settlement of the reservation will be at the conclusion of the meal, unless prior arrangements have been made with management. 1901 will confirm your reservation and number of diners on the day of your reservation. The management has the right to resell the table if the party does not arrive within 30 minutes of their reservation time. A cancellation fee of £30.00 per person will apply in the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled without 48 hours notice due of the reservation, or not arriving for the reservation without prior notice. Table allocation is at the discretion of the management but 1901 will accommodate to the best of your requirements.
