It is difficult to elaborate more than that, when one is presented with the rare conundrum of what was specifically the best part of an overall perfect evening? Was it the ambiance –which, modelled on a 1920’s speakeasy is elegant, sophisticated and full of comforting vintage charm? Was it the food, which came in a three course extravaganza of delicate seafood, flavoursome meat (although vegetarians were equally well catered for) and finished with a tantalising chocolate hazelnut dessert that left the mouth craving for more? Or was it the magical transformation from chilled jazz bar to true turn of the century retro glamour, when burlesque dancers entered and preformed to customers with class, energy and national standard skill? The answer is a combination of all of the above. 	Soho Sky Terrace reviewed by Lucy “I tried this place out the other day. It was beautiful in the sunshine but it's a shame the roof covered most of the seating area. We couldn't make the most of the sun's rays. Also, lots of people were smoking around us when we were trying to eat, which was a bit off putting. 	All Star Lanes reviewed by Jamal Petrucci “I recently visited All Star Lanes in Bayswater and was thoroughly impressed. When being told that I was going to a bowling alley for a night out I initially shuddered at the thought, but this is no usual bowling joint. It has a very '50s bowling/diner feel to it, very authentic. The game was fun, but the food was great. I had the veggie burger (don't worry fellow vegetarians, there are many veggie-friendly meals here) which was HUGE, which was very tasty.
